Grain/Seed Grader is used for grading all kinds of grains and seeds like rice, pulses (dhal), maize, pepper, paddy, soybean, sesame, mustard, millet etc. With the help of the gravitational force and moment of inertia the grains are made to flow on the vibrating screen. While the grains are moving on the vibrating screen, the grains get separated based on the hole sizes of the screens provided in the tray. The machine separates broken grains, sticks, straw, stones and sand from grains. The machine separates different grades of grains based on the number of screens provided in the machine. The capacities are 250 Kg per hour, 500 Kg per hour, 1000 kg per hour 2,000 kg per hour and 3,000 Kg per hour.4,000 Kg per hour.

The seeds are fed into the top of the machine and as the seeds are rolling down the inner spirals, the round seeds will roll off to the outer spiral and the non-round and less weight materials will continue down on the inner spiral. There are two discharge chutes located at the bottom of the machine, one of the discharge points is the round seed and the other discharge point is the non-round and lesser weight materials.
