We are manufacturing mild steel and stainless steel bucket elevators. The Bucket Elevator scoops the materials up from the bottom bin and elevates to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and flips down after passing the top wheel (pulley) and pouring material into the receiving groove. In the case of the Belt type bucket elevator, the belt driving of Bucket Elevator is installed at the top drum and the bottom drum is the idler drum. In the case of the Chain type of bucket elevator, the chain driving is installed at the top and at the bottom there is a idler sprocket. Normally the bucket elevator is with a shell, to prevent the dust inside the bucket and also dust generated during delivery. We have different capacity elevators as 3 inch,4 inch,5 inch,6 inch,and 8 inch cup elevators. In these elevators we have different buckets like MS Bucket, SS Bucket and PVC Bucket.
