The Aspirator machine is used to remove dust particles from the food grains. The
grains are fed into the aspirator hopper and while it falls down through the air
chamber the impurities are removed by a sucking device which is provided at the back
side of the chamber. We have different capacities like 250 Kg per hour 500 Kg per
hour, 1000 kg per hour 2,000 kg per hour and 3,000 Kg per hour.

Cyclone Separator
A cyclone separator operates based on the principle of centrifugal force. When a
mixture containing solid particles mixed with air enters the cyclone through an
inlet, it is directed into a rapidly spinning vortex. As the mixture rotates,
centrifugal force pushes the heavier particles toward the outer wall of the cyclone,
causing them to spiral downward and eventually collect at the bottom of the
separator. Meanwhile, the cleaner air is drawn out from the center and exits through
an outlet at the top.
